Pattern Utopia is a branch of Mels Brushes. By purchasing a commercial license from pattern Utopia for these seamless patterns, you (“the Licensee”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Grant of License: The purchase of this commercial license grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual right to use the seamless patterns for commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

  2. Authorized Uses: You may use the seamless patterns in the following ways:

    a. Physical products for sale, including but not limited to apparel, home decor, stationery, and packaging. b. Digital products for sale, such as e-books, website templates, and software interfaces, provided the seamless patterns are incorporated into a larger design and not distributed as standalone files. c. Marketing and promotional materials, both digital and print, for your business or clients. d. In multimedia projects, such as video games, movies, or animations, as background elements or design features.

  3. Prohibited Uses: You may not:

    a. Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the seamless patterns as standalone files or as part of a digital asset library. b. Use the seamless patterns in a way that promotes or condones illegal activities, hate speech, violence, or discrimination. c. Claim copyright or intellectual property rights over the seamless patterns, either in their original form or as part of a derivative work.

  4. Attribution: No attribution is required when using the seamless patterns for commercial purposes. However, credit to the original designer is always appreciated.

  5. Modifications: You are permitted to modify the seamless patterns to suit your needs, as long as the final product adheres to these licensing terms.

  6. Termination: The licensor reserves the right to terminate this license if the licensee breaches any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Upon termination, the licensee must cease using the seamless patterns for commercial purposes and delete all copies of the files in their possession.
